Ms. Rosas joined our team in 2002, and has 20 years of Human Resources experience in various industries within the Silicon Valley and possesses a diverse background in this field.  As Human Resource Manager, she is responsible for overall Human Resources functions, including Employee Benefits, 401K/Profit Sharing Administration, Worker’s Compensation, Staffing, Training and Employee Relations.  In addition to providing overall Human Resources support to the Hawaii Branch, she is also responsible to manage the Company’s Front Desk/Reception.  Ms. Rosas also provides assistance to the Payroll and Safety Departments.

Ms. Rosas obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from U.C. Berkeley, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from U.C. Santa Cruz, Extension.
