Director Field Operations

Mr. Brogoitti joined our team in 1979, and presently is the second longest tenured employee in the ranks, after the president of the company.  Mr. Brogoitti has truly come up through the ranks, having served in various production and managerial roles over the last 30 years. He presently serves as Director of Field Operations, and is responsible to comprehensive production and quality.

As part of our management team, Mr. Brogoitti brings expertise in concrete technology (structural, flatwork, and architectural), production goals, schedule control and performance management. He has also taken a lead in mentoring upcoming foremen and superintendents.
