Mr. Lewellen joined our team in 1998, and has been building complex building and infrastructure projects for over twenty-five years.

He is experienced in project management and administration, estimating, purchasing, critical path construction scheduling, computer management, customer relations, supervision and motivation of personnel. Mr. Lewellen has assisted construction of a $14 million dollar home in Kukio, $20 million dollar 59 unit condominium project on

Alii Drive

in Kailua-KonaHawaii as well as jobs that ranged from $50,000 to over 2.5 million in California.

He earned both his bachelor and master degree at the Universityof Missouri.

Currently, Mr. Lewellen is heading up the Hawaii Branch of Robert A. Bothman, Inc. where he has led the construction team on residential projects like

Makani Eka Place

and Maniniowali in the Kukio Resort, Mauna Kea Bluffs and Hualalai Resort.
