Mr. Bothman, who has over 30 years in the construction industry, began his construction career as a laborer and concrete finisher working for local residential concrete contractors and also worked for other local contractors developing his knowledge of underground, structural concrete and paving work. In 1978, Mr. Bothman started B & B Concrete (now Robert A. Bothman, Inc.) performing primarily sidewalk repair work, driveways and foundations. As the company developed, he obtained a general engineering construction license and began constructing sports and recreation facilities including public parks and athletic fields. Today, as president of the company, Mr. Bothman is responsible for developing additional areas of growth as well as providing long term vision for the company and its employees.

Mr. Bothman built Robert A. Bothman, Inc. from the ground up and the Company is now recognized as a Quality Contractor in, Athletic Track and Field Construction, Structural Concrete Construction, Architectural Concrete Construction, Park Construction and Synthetic Field Construction.
