Mr. Bothman has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. His career with Robert A. Bothman, Inc. began in 1984. Mr. Bothman began working in the field in many different positions moving up to his current position as Vice President of Business Development. He is currently responsible for the direction and supervision of all marketing and business development activities. In addition to his duties as Vice President, Mr. Bothman also handles the company’s contracts and legal agreements.
In his experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Mr. Bothman was responsible for assisting in the construction of Guadalupe River Park at Confluence Point for the Redevelopment Agency of San Jose. This Project in 1997 won the first place award, "New Project-Public Agency", from the Northern California Turf and Landscape Council.
