Saeed Yousuf joined our team in 2002, and his experience in the area of Construction and Operations Management spans over 22 years. After earning his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and Master's in Design & Construction, he worked for fortune 100 companies. He is trained in corporate law, finance and operations management, strategic planning, HR functions, leadership development and has several professional licenses and certifications. He worked as Project Manager, Director and Engineering Manager for high profile construction projects in the United States and internationally. 

Saeed has published several technical papers and has served on the technical committees of American Concrete Institute and the Building Seismic Safety Council and presently is involved with the Centre for Strategic Management. His research work was recognized by the U.S. Dept. of Commerce and the National Research Council. Based on his professional achievements, he was inducted into the "Who's Who in Science & Engineering in America".  He served on the Boards of various organizations and companies, as a Foundation Board Member of O'Connor Hospital, Executive Board Member of Airline Ambassadors, etc. He is also working with renowned Architects & UN Officials to help develop a Construction Code, for the Americas, as mandated by the US Congress. 

In addition to several presentations in Technical Conferences, he gave speeches in the area of Strategy Development.  In August '07, he was invited by the US Department of Homeland Security & USCIS, as a Keynote Speaker, where he spoke of his experiences in the United States - value in US system, national diversity, and Constitutional privileges. In April 2008, Saeed was interviewed on NPR along with Senator Hillary Clinton. He shared his views on the democratic process and the general political situation in the United States.

Saeed is currently responsible for leading the organization in strategic sense and has total P&L responsibility. He oversees, directs and advises various departments and divisions in the company. With the support and vision of the C.E.O/President, he develops and implements policy decisions, as needed, with his key objective being to optimize and blend the operational, business development and administrative functions to suit the Company's business plan.
