At Robert A. Bothman Construction, we have the ability to self-perform the majority of work on all our projects. This is a major advantage over contractors who only manage administrative functions in-house while subcontracting most of the trade work to outside vendors. By self-performing, we maintain direct control over cost, scheduling, and quality of our finished product while avoiding the conflicts that can arise from working with multiple subcontractors. To ensure maximum value for our clients, we offer the following construction services.

Cost Estimating

To clarify project parameters, we include a constructability review and value engineering analysis in each estimate. This allows our skilled estimating staff to identify and resolve any ambiguities in the contract documents and minimize changes during the construction process.

Project Management

Our project management staff works hand-in-hand with vendors, subcontractors, and our own in-house team to provide each client with maximum quality and value. In addition, our project management staff takes the time to educate our clients in specialized construction applications as needed.

General Construction

Robert A. Bothman Construction’s general and site superintendents are among the best in the business at controlling the sequence, production, and quality of a construction site.
