New construction of a retail marketplace, scope of work included structural and architectural concrete sitework and flatwork, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, paving and striping. Special features included a centrally located stepped concrete performance stage and gazebo, retail store fronts feature faux wood stained and stamped concrete.
