Project Description:

Construction of three new dorm buildings for Brigham Young University in Hawaii. Each of the 25,000 SF buildings features bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and laundry rooms for students. Project scope includes spread footings, grade beams, and thickened slab on grade foundations that support CMU walls and pre-cast hollow core planks. The second and third floor hollow core planks include a topping slab that features a down turned beam at the interior walkway. Scope also includes sidewalks, curbs, and site walls.
