The construction of Evergreen Valley College’s north fire lane involved upgrading the current fire lane to meet code and water mitigation standards, enhancing accessibility, walkability and user satisfaction. It encompasses limited demolition of site elements, grading, new construction of hardscape, lighting, landscaping, shade structures, a water feature, and utility installations. Additionally, the project includes upgrades in restrooms. These improvements not only align with current regulations but also contribute to an overall enhanced experience for users by creating a more functional and aesthetically pleasing environment.
