Andrew joined our team in 2000 and has built an exceptional career spanning every facet of the company. Beginning in the field as a laborer, he gained hands-on experience across operations, estimating, and project management before advancing into leadership roles throughout the organization. His broad industry knowledge, commitment to excellence, and deep understanding of the business have played a significant role in the company’s growth, success, and geographic expansion over the past two decades.

Throughout his career, Andrew has demonstrated a unique ability to lead teams, build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners, and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen the organization. His experience across all departments has provided him with a comprehensive perspective on the business, allowing him to successfully guide operations, support long-term planning, and help position the company for continued success. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Santa Clara University, further complementing his extensive practical experience and leadership expertise.

As President of Robert A. Bothman Construction, Andrew leads the company with a focus on preserving the strong family culture that has defined the organization for more than 47 years while pursuing new opportunities for innovation and growth.
