Michael joined Robert A. Bothman Construction in 2013 and has played a key role in the company’s growth and success. Beginning his career in project management, he developed a deep understanding of field operations and the complexities of construction before expanding his leadership responsibilities across finance, legal, and corporate operations. His broad experience and strategic perspective have helped strengthen the company’s foundation and support its continued growth.

Throughout his career, Michael has demonstrated exceptional leadership, versatility, and a commitment to operational excellence. As Director of Finance and Corporate Counsel, he provided critical financial and legal guidance while overseeing key corporate functions and helping drive initiatives that improved efficiency, profitability, and long-term performance. Michael holds a Juris Doctor and an MBA from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

As Chief Operating Officer, Michael oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
