The newly built Heredia-Arriaga Dual Immersion K-5 School—an advanced educational facility designed to support progressive learning and foster a love for lifelong education is named in honor of the Heredia-Arriaga family, long-time supporters of English Language Learners. Constructed with modern architectural principles, the school features spacious classrooms, administration and faculty buildings, and a plentiful amount of play structures and activity driven areas. Each room is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing for collaborative learning experiences that engage students. The thoughtfully designed campus includes dedicated areas for science, music, and physical education, ensuring a well-rounded curriculum that nurtures creativity and healthy development. Outdoor spaces feature play areas, gardens, and learning zones, encouraging exploration and connection with nature. In response to the growing demand for quality education in the Sacramento area, plans are already in place for future expansion to accommodate middle school students. The 12 acres acquired for this school allows for the seamless addition of classrooms and facilities, ensuring that the school can continue to provide a robust dual immersion experience as students advance in their educational journey.
