Orchard School District Field Renovation

The Orchard School District Field Renovation was a major milestone, marking the district’s first significant upgrade to outdoor fields and playgrounds since the 1990’s.

The project was a success, receiving positive feedback from its students, faculty, and the community. We successfully met our baseline schedule milestones for the field, with minimal delays due to material lead times affecting ADA work. Nonetheless, the district was accommodating, and the project proceeded smoothly without any schedule concerns.

Additionally, the district proved to be a great client. They even enlisted our assistance on a concurrent project involving ADA upgrades when facing pricing challenges with another contractor. While our scope on that project is complete, our subcontractors will finish their portion by the end of April, scheduling work after the school year to ensure student safety.
